As a new entrant to a competitive market, the salon required an identity which could elevate their offer and provide clients with the confidence to make a change. A generous, editorial salon menu is created to expand the brand story and demonstrate the breadth of services on offer.

A friendly, conversational house style of copywriting is adopted to expand and elevate each touch-point. Taking cues from the lavish, plant filled salon interior, the positioning ‘we make beauty blossom’ becomes a central pitch in the brand identity.

Initial analysis of sales between the hairdressing and beauty businesses revealed poor crossover of clients. A new comprehensive salon menu prompts customers with additional services which helps to boost cross-sales between the hair and beauty practitioners.
